how little brain activity do you have to have to not realize that he was obviously seriously injured and fazed after falling 30 feet onto a highway? 

And then they taser him because he's mubling incoherently so he must be threaning them.  Despite the fact he's obvously in need of serious medical attention before he can do anyhing the officiers say there defending themselves.

JUst like the parent who beats the kid but has no justification whatsoever.

How they manage to fog the fact that they perpetuated his pain 19 times is beyond me. However, like much of this, the public just do not want to question it at all. They prefer to live in the myth that the police do the best they can.

Man that is sickening. Usually people pass off this kind of thing as stupidity on the part of those policemen, but if that were so then there are plenty of other "stupid" policemen who have, for example, literally shot people and never gotten punished for such "stupidity" because it was intended as "defense". I mean, that's why they have those dumb tasers now...a weapon that won't kill you but will hurt you really bad. And still they abuse it... It's obviously an injustice... If a regular citizen were to do the same thing, even taser somebody once, they'd get in worse trouble. Meanwhile, the police totally go free. :/
