Hey folks, maybe it's just something I am experiencing, but there are several posts/threads that have lots of embedded video from youtube or elsewhere in a single post or on a single page that are causing my Firefox browser to crash.

Since it appears that Firefox will crash if there are too many embedded videos on a page, I'm just asking that until the folks working on Firefox can figure this out, that we at least be conscious of this issue because there are lots of seemingly interesting posts I wish I could get into and I just can't.

I don't know if this is affecting anyone else, but for the record I'm using Firefox 3 on Kubuntu.

3rdappendage, I'm running Firefox 3 (now 3.0.1 precisely) as well-- tho on XP.  I haven't encountered any crashes, but I don't know or recall that I've been on any multiple vid embed pages here particularly either.  Perhaps if you could forward paste a url link or two here of the examples you've found I could try them specifically for comparison?

I just got a pretty huge upgrade package for my linux kernel as well as Firefox (also to 3.0.1), Thunderbird and a boatload of other stuff, so maybe I'll see some improvement, but if I don't, I'll pop back in here with some links. Thanks!
