This was a very, very helpful podcast. Especially the first conversation. Unbelievable. Thats totally me. I took notes.Tonight while listening to it I could finally remember some of the commandments and accusations of my parents for the first time. Horrible. Up to this day I couldn't remember the phrases. I knew they were hostile and bulliing and moving their lips but the words were missing. Difficult to explain. I was fogged for years. I wasn't allowed to remember. Thank you so much!
